CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati and GCM Parker at the "Anti-Trust & Competition Compliance in CEE" conference in Prague

On the 3rd and 4th of December 2018, the 4th year of the „Anti-Trust & Competition Compliance CEE" conference took place in Prague. The conference was sponsored by our law firm CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati, and organized by GCM Parker.

It is the only one international conference which is dealing with Antitrust, Competition and Compliance risks in Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and other countries of the CEE.

The conference was focused this year on competition law compliance systems, digitalization – bid data and competition, dawn raids and the last development of competition law in the CEE region.

The conference was presided by Ondřej Dostál, Compliance Officer, ČEZ, a.s.. CHSH partner Anna Wolf-Posch, presented on “the Big Data and Competetion”. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, Head of the CHSH Antitrust Practice Group, led the panel-discussion of “the Merger Control in the EU”. Márton Kocsis, attorney at CHSH Hungary, discussed about “the Employee Training and Internal Procedures for Dawn Raid Preparations”. András Tóth, Vice-President, Hungarian Competition Authority, was one of the main speakers among the others.

The law firm CHSH organized on the 3rd of December social night event “Speakers and Delegates Get Together”, where the delegates were exchanging their ideas and experiences.
